We offer emotional support animal letters written by board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners. ESA letters are required for certain housing and several other necessaries.
It'll involve a phone call consultation or virtual visit.

Yes, I do. I live in Florida and have an office in Winter Park, FL where I can hold in-person visits frequently. For NY clients, I do quarterly visits in our office space there. There are certain treatment plans where in-person visits are recommended and/or required.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee.
In-network with Aetna, Anthem/Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield (NY), Carelon, Cigna, OPTUM (United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar), and BCBS MA.
ZenzyTalk provides mental health services for individuals of ages 18+.
